    Job Responsibilities

    I. Market Development & Sales Strategy

    1. Market Expansion

       - Conduct research and analysis on target overseas markets (e.g., Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Middle East) and develop regional sales plans.

       - Identify and develop new client resources (agents, distributors, end customers, etc.) to establish long-term partnerships.

       - Participate in international trade fairs (e.g., Canton Fair, overseas industry exhibitions) to promote company products or services.

    2. Sales Target Achievement

       - Achieve overseas sales KPIs (e.g., sales revenue, collection rate, market penetration).

       - Develop differentiated sales strategies (e.g., pricing models, promotional campaigns) for diverse markets.

    II. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    1. Account Maintenance

       - Regularly follow up with key accounts, handle order processing, contract negotiations, and after-sales support.

       - Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with technical/logistics teams to ensure delivery satisfaction.

    2. Channel Management

       - Oversee overseas agents/distributors, evaluate performance metrics, and optimize distribution networks.

       - Train overseas partners on product knowledge and corporate policies.

    III. Cross-functional Collaboration

    1. Internal Coordination

       - Liaise with product/R&D teams to communicate overseas market demands and competitor intelligence.

       - Collaborate with supply chain/logistics departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

    2. Compliance & Risk Mitigation

       - Proficient in international trade terms (INCOTERMS 2020) and export compliance (CE/FDA certifications).

       - Mitigate risks including forex fluctuations, payment terms (L/C), and geopolitical factors.

    IV. Data Analytics & Reporting

    1. Sales Performance Analysis

       - Submit periodic sales reports (weekly/monthly), conduct data-driven strategy optimization.

       - Monitor competitor activities and adjust market response tactics accordingly.

    V. Team Leadership

    - Recruit and lead overseas sales teams, implement performance evaluation systems, and enhance team competencies.


    Qualifications

    1、Bachelor’s degree or higher, fluent in English (business proficiency).

    2、3+ years in international sales with deep understanding of target markets’ cultures, business practices, and regulatory frameworks.

    3、Technical expertise in networking products (routers, switches, gateways, wireless bridges, IoT solutions); full-cycle export operations experience (client acquisition, order processing, shipment).

    4、Business/team management experience preferred.

    5、Strong stress tolerance, cross-cultural communication skills, and commercial negotiation acumen.

    6、Willingness for frequent international business travel (as per operational requirements).

    7、Hands-on experience with cross-border e-commerce platforms (Amazon Global Selling, Alibaba International).
